Tamar Roded Shabtay (1983) lives and works in Arad and Tel Aviv. Roded graduated with honor from Hamidrasha School of Art, Beit Berl College (2011) and graduated Mandel Program for Cultural Leadership in the Negev (2020).

Roded’s work has been showcased in solo and group exhibitions including Glo'Art Gallery, Lanaken, Belgium, ZK Contemporary Gallery, San Francisco, USA, Lendava Gallery Museum, Slovenia, The Negev Museum of Art, Beer Sheva, Israel, Minshar Art Gallery, Tel Aviv, Israel, and Litvak Contemporary gallery, Tel Aviv, Israel.


Roded has been the recipient of  The Negev Development Authority 2020 Scholarship for executing an artistic project (2020), 'Artist in The Community' scholarship by the Ministry of Culture (2018, 2019) and  The forth Artist Career Development Program (ACDP), a partnership of Artis, Artport and Asylum Arts.

Roded participated in residencies such as the "Glo'Art Residency", Global nonprofit art center, Belgium, the "LindArt International Young Artists" Colony, Lendava gallery museum, Lendava castle, Slovenia, "Creative in Residence 2012", "Sunhoo Industrial and Innovation Park", Hangzhou city, China, and "MARP Residency", Bereshit Hotel, Mitzpe Ramon, Israel.

 Roded works are found in private collections in Israel and abroad.
